Coaching with me is grounded, practical, and tailored to what you actually need.

Sessions draw on a blend of evidence-based approaches including NeuroLeadership, Positive Intelligence, Growth Edge Coaching, and the LifeStar Operating System — informed by research from the Brené Brown Education and Research Group, and by a background spanning nursing, health & public policy systems, and senior leadership development across public and private sectors.

I hold an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and coach internationally through BetterUp and Coaching Right Now — the only New Zealand-based coach on the Coaching Right Now panel.

COACHING PATHWAYS

Six or twelve month coaching packages
Sustained support for leaders wanting real, lasting change. Optional add-ons include the Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness programme and the LifeStar Six-Week Reset — both deepen and extend the coaching work.

Positive Intelligence Six-Week Foundation Programme
A standalone mental fitness programme combining the PQ app, weekly exercises, and three or six coaching sessions. Builds the habits that make everything else — leadership, relationships, performance — work better.

Leadership Circle Profile
A 360-degree leadership assessment that measures both creative competencies and reactive tendencies — giving leaders a clear picture of how they are experienced by others, and where the greatest opportunity for growth lies. Available as a standalone assessment with debrief coaching, or as part of a longer engagement.
