I love the impact that professional coaching has on people. It's different from advice-giving, counselling and mentoring. It's goal-directed, future-focused with you in the driver's seat. Expect to experience stretch, challenge and accountability in our coaching engagement.

I coach leaders and entrepreneurs to get the insights and results they need to achieve their goals.

I'm a firm believer in who we are is how we lead. Some of my clients focus on more general aspects of their life in preference to how they show up as leaders. It may be focusing on how you step forward and be more courageous in your life, or it could be getting more tools to deal with tough times and setbacks.

The Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coaching Package

Build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).

Six-week online foundation programme.
6 X weekly group coaching sessions during the foundation programme.
12-month online GROW programme option.

Powerful 360 leadership assessment and development tool.

I offer Leadership Circle Profile assessments, a powerful 360 leadership development and assessment tool.
